This is the bottom of our prototype Fonte pans, cast in Australia. The first limited production run will have 'FIRST EDITION' cast in front of the date (where it now says 'PROTOTYPE'), this one time only, as an exclusive reward for backers of our Kickstarter project.
We hope this First Edition Fonte pan will become a valuable collectible heirloom when people realize it is a true first Edition, for not just the Fonte brand, but for a whole new cookware industry for Australia.
