We've made a lot of AUSfonte Sauteuse pans already, but we're still in awe of the whole foundry process, particularly at a world-class automated foundry like ours in South Australia.
It is amazing to see the foundry in action as it so quickly creates heirloom cookware that will endure for centuries and be handed down through many generations; each one cast with the actual casting date as evidence of what will become an ancient date for future cooks to admire.
So we put together this quick video celebration in honour of the amazing process and people who bring our amazing AUSfonte pans into the world.
A big heartfelt thank you to our foundry team for all your hard work in 2014, our first historic year, and here's to many more years of growth together!
